“Just like family!”  That is the phrase that I use when referring to the Elders and the service that they provided to my family when we first moved to the Spring area.  We were moving a large family to a new world compared to what we knew.  We were coming from a different housing market so we needed our realtors to guide us thru every step.  The Elder Realty Team was an answer to our prayers. Our family needed someone that we could trust.  We were 900 miles away while the Elders helped us to find the house that was the right fit for our family.  They did a great job of quickly accessing our needs and narrowing our search down accordingly.  In one short visit we were able to locate a house and then work from long distance to secure the property.  At all times our questions were quickly addressed and lovingly answered.  We trusted the Elder Team to find us a safe house to live in and a home for our children to grow up in.  The care didn’t stop after we took ownership of our home.  They made sure that we were adjusting after we moved in.  The entire team has always been there to answer questions that tend to come up when you are new to an area.  We felt that The Elder Team has always treated us “just like family”.

Woe is me - I'm so busy enjoying our new home - walking around giving myself tours of all the neat aspects and congratulating myself for being so smart to count on you to lead us to the perfect home for us - which you did!!!- that I've fallen short of some of my "need tos" and "want tos" - which is what this message is.  I'm more than profoundly sorry that I haven't sent this sooner - my little frizzled brain was sure I had which just proves how little and frizzled it really is!  Hope this is not too late for your benefit.  Also, don't give up on us with the other house - the work is almost done and we will call you very soon for a look-see.
